I know how you are feeling. I was missing some decent coverage myself - so I decided to do it myself. Check out my TV Series "GT RACER". In the US it is running under the title CLASSIC RACERS on TREASURE HD, wherever that can be received (Premium Cable). But its also out on DVD here:

We just finished SEASON II that will air on HD Theater as of March 09 featuring LE MANS, the MARATHON 500 on Nürburgring's Nordschleife, MAGNY COURS in France and the CARRERA PANAMERICANA.
