I had a ok weekend in August at Sebring, despite the rain. I used the weekend to gain confidence. The two events before at Sebring were cut short by, flat tire, engine missing past 3K RPM, gear shifter not finding 4th gear in the 5th to 4th…"

Sorry you had trouble. Not sorry we missed the rain. I was actually with Sean looking over the recently repaired E type. I think it will be better than ever. I'm not a big fan of driving in the rain. My first two qualifying races to get my license were both in the Sebring rain. My car is not set up to drive in the rain at all. Too stiff.

I haven't been at the track for a while. Trying to finish gradutate school. Aim to be back soon. Sean Ryan says he may go up to Roebling as an instructor after Christmas so he may be able to give you a really good idea of conditions, etc., provided you don't go before then.
