English Racing Automobiles (ERA) was run during the 1930s from workshops built on the orchard adjoining the family home Eastgate House, Bourne. After the Second World War the BRM took the place of ERA and went on to win the 1962 World Championship.

  • Hi Ladies and Gentlemen of the VRL

I thought you might like to check out our new website for ERA, I notice there hasn’t been much ERA activity on the VRL site for several years but its my aim to get the ERA name promoted in a more professional way, so perhaps you could link us in, or even give us a mention.

We aim to make the site much more up today than whats out there with links to events and news throughout the year
