  • Thank you Stephen. You have a great site! Lots of very interesting resources.
The Thunderbird is owned by someone else. He isn't a racer. He had me drive his car for the 2003 VARA season. We did very well considering it should have been running against solid axle Corvetes, etc. but we were in with Stingrays, GT350s and Cobras. Tenth overall at VARA's Big Bore Bash that year. I also had a great duel with ex-Cobra factory driver Allen Grant in Portland. He was driving a very nice 289 Cobra. I'll post a picture.

    Best,

  • Stephen, I was great to meet you at TWS this past weekend. Thanks for all you are doing and have done for vintage racing. Hope to see you at future CVAR events, I'll try not to stir up so much controversy next time.

    Regards, Mark
  • I just posted on my Facebook page that my vintage friends should check you out! Hopefully a lot of folks will join.
  • Wow! Thanks very much. Anything you can do to help him would be appreciated beyond words. If anyone truly deserves a motorsports career, it's Jonathan.
I also want to say again how cool your site is! I'll definitely pass the word to VSCCA people and figure out what else I can contribute.
  • Sorry for the delay, just got back from Daytona. Thanks for the invitation and I am very impressed with the site!!!
  • Thank you very much for the very timely welcome. I look forward to alot of neat things to come.

    My best to you
